摘要
Sulfur-protected enantiomerically pure 1-phosphanorbornane aldehyde 5 is obtained in good yield via Swern oxidation of the previously reported 1-phosphanorbornane alcohol. The aldehyde is further used to prepare a novel sulfur-protected 1-phosphanorbornane enamine. GRAPHICAL ABSTRACT
