Research on the Provision of User-friendly Tourist Information using Information Processing Technology

We have been conducting research and development aiming to realize a user-friendly service that provides information that precisely meets the needs of users (tourists, staff of tourist information centers that serve tourists, etc.) using information processing technology, and in a user-friendly manner so that users can easily accept such one. In this paper, we describe our method of providing tourist information in a precise and user-friendly manner by using ambiguous search, and then show the possibility of using generative artificial intelligence technology to provide tourist information.
