An image processing method to improve DIC reliability based on frequency domain analysis

摘要
Digital Image Correlation (DIC) is a widely used non-contact measurement method and is also used in turbine blade detection. However, in high-temperature environments, the air inside the turbine engine is heated to produce heat flow disturbance, which affects DIC calculation accuracy. From the perspective of image processing, this study proposes a method based on frequency domain analysis to eliminate the influence of heat flow disturbance on DIC. This method can improve the reliability of DIC and reducing the relative error by about 70%.
