摘要
The author reviews the key regulatory and law documents related to sharing of sci-tech information in the CIS countries, and suggests the book exchange framework. She also discusses the RNPLS&T’s research and educational projects potentially useful for GSNTI participants and other CISbased organizations, e. g. Russian Union Catalog of Sci-tech Literature, Information System of the Union Catalog of Organizations in Science and Education, State Rubricator of Sci-tech information, etc.
