摘要
In this study, the impact of temperature on the conductivity of a composite that includes a conductive filler and a dielectric base was analyzed. A qualitative model was developed, encompassing parameters such as the coefficient of thermal expansion, the gap between particles, their volume, as well as the difference in Fermi energies between the conductive part and the dielectric. This model provides data on the conductivity of the material at varying temperatures and analyzes the impact of these parameters on the material's electrical properties. Within the context of this qualitative model, a formula was derived for estimating the chance of a particle crossing a potential barrier, allowing for the prediction of the probability of particle tunneling.
