Let's Talk about Failure and How to Deal with Failures: An Interview with Dietrich Rebholz-Schuhmann

Following an evaluation, the Information Centre for Life Sciences (ZB MED) was excluded from the Leibniz Association in 2015. The director of the ZB MED, Prof. Dr. Dietrich Rebholz-Schuhmann, talks about the subsequent reorientation of the ZB MED after the failed evaluation, the preparations for the re-evaluation in 2022/2023, and how they dealt with failing again; and he gives general recommendations for other institutions how to deal with change.
