摘要
In recent years, the variety electronic products and communication devices have been growing, massively exacerbating the hidden harmful electromagnetic radiation pollution. The development of wave-absorbing materials with highly efficient wave-absorbing properties has great application prospects, both for military and civilian applications. Here, we make up for the disadvantages of weak absorption and narrow bandwidth of SnO2 materials by morphology modulation to compensate and construct oxygen vacancies, which achieves a winwin situation. The sliced bread-like SnO2 is fabricated by hydrothermal method and heat treatment using stannous chloride as the tin source supplemented with polyvinylpyrrolidone surfactant to modulate the morphology. The results reveal that the SnO2 samples obtained by heat treatment at 160(degrees)C have excellent broadband absorption properties, with an effective absorption bandwidth of up to 2.08 GHz, and the lowest reflection loss of - 33.89 dB at the thickness of 1.5 mm. The results are due to the well-dispersed SnO2 flakes improving the impedance matching, and the multiple heterointerfacials and oxygen vacancies defects bringing about an effective polarization loss.
