摘要

Characterization of neoAg#23 specific T cell subsets in the presence/ absence of T cell “Help”. A) Schematic representation of the experiment. Mice were s.c. injected with CT26 cells and 5 days later, immunized with GAd vaccines CD4+CD8#23 (Help) and CD8#23 (No Help) in combination with anti-PD1. At day 9 and day 14 post vaccination, tumors (B) and spleens (C) were collected for FACS analysis on antigen-specific nAg#23+ CD44+CD62- (T Effector memory, TEM). The percentage (%) of TEM and #23-specific T cells are shown. Two-tailed Mann-Whitney test versus CT26 tumor bearing mice, p-values * p<0.05; ns = not significant (Untreated n=4; Help day 9 n= 6; no Help day 9 n=6; Help day 14 n=7; no Help n=7). D) Schematic representation of the experiment. Mice were s.c. injected with CT26 cells and 5 days later, immunized with GAd vaccine CD4+CD8#23 (Help, n=5). E) Blood was collected at different time points post immunization from responder mice (RES) and (F) not responders (NR, n=5-14, depending on the time point) for FACS analysis of nAg#23+ specific CD8+ T-cells.
