BACKGROUND Rapid advances in digital technology and its increasing integration into healthcare create an opportunity to leverage these innovations to improve nursing quality management. OBJECTIVE This paper aims to report the results of an evolutionary concept analysis of Digital Nursing Quality Management (DNQM). METHODS The Rodgers evolutionary method of concept analysis was used to examine the attributes, antecedents, consequences, and related concepts of DNQM. RESULTS DNQM is a strategic management approach that systematically uses evolving digital technology to achieve optimal nursing quality, guided by the timeless principle of humanistic care. The defining attributes are human-machine collaboration, interactive empowerment, and a digital ecosystem. CONCLUSIONS DNQM is not a mere amalgamation of separate components but a dynamic ecosystem shaped by individual, organizational, and technological factors. CLINICALTRIAL Not applicable.
