A case report of pediatric biliary botryoid rhabdomyosarcoma
JOURNAL OF CLINICAL ULTRASOUND(2024)
摘要
Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) is the most common malignant soft tissue tumor in children, and botryoid rhabdomyosarcoma (BRMS) represents a subtype of RMS. BRMS primarily occurs in infants, young children, and adolescent females, with a predilection for mucosa-lined hollow organs such as the bladder, vagina, bile duct, and so on. Its occurrence in the biliary tract is extremely rare. Due to the high malignancy and rapid metastasis of biliary botryoid rhabdomyosarcoma, early diagnosis and treatment are crucial for improving prognosis. image
