The fourth order accuracy Rungekutta and the method of large eddy simulation (LES) based on FLUENT were used to solve the differential equations of equine influenza, and its diffusion law was obtained. After verifying the reliability of the numerical model through indoor experiments, the unsteady movement of viruses outside buildings was simulated. Under the influence of the average wind field, virus particles spread faster in the building cluster. It can be seen that the location of the virus outbreak and the downwind direction were the most dangerous, the upstream buildings were the safest. Numerical models have certain accuracy in predicting the temporal and spatial distribution of epidemic transmission.
