摘要
A hybrid microfluidic biochip was studied for label-free recording of the formation of a complex between target proteins and peptide aptamers that are selective for them and have spatial complementarity properties. Troponin T and lactoferrin, which are markers of acute cardiovascular conditions, were used as target proteins. The detection principle was the registration of natural fluorescence of protein structures with its re-emission to a longer wavelength region in order to simplify detection using a standard CMOS matrix. The hybrid structure of the microfluidic chip ensured spectral selection of the optical signal and focusing it in the sensitivity region of the CMOS matrix. Polymer microlenses are integrated into the optical recording circuit, increasing the sensitivity of optical detection. The considered sensor successfully demonstrated the lack of cross-selectivity between target proteins, as well as for non-specific serum albumin.
