Design of Multi-Channel Wire Resistance Tester

In this study, a multi-channel wire resistance tester is designed. Multi-channel wire resistance tester is a device used to detect and diagnose wires and cables. The resistance value of the wire can be measured by integrating the operational amplifier circuit and using the resistance voltage divider rule so that it can quickly and accurately detect various problems in the wire, such as short circuits, poor contact, broken wire, and so on. The tester has a user-friendly interface and operation, and data can be analysed and stored via the display or connected to a computer. With this tester, users can quickly and accurately assess the quality and performance of wires and improve their reliability and stability. This equipment plays an important role in the wire manufacturing, installation and maintenance process.
