Research on Decision Method for Power Equipment Conditional Maintenance Strategy Based on Markov Process

This article applies Markov process to establish a state diagram model of the aging process of power equipment, and analyzes the sensitivity analysis of inspection frequency on the reliability and economy of equipment operation based on probability model, in order to analyze the impact of inspection frequency on maintenance. A specific mathematical method for analyzing the reliability of equipment aging process using Markov process is provided. Finally, based on the established probability model of the state diagram, the actual maintenance process was described, and the expected reward was used to measure the economic efficiency of maintenance. The strategy iteration method was proposed to quickly find the optimal maintenance strategy. The effectiveness of this method was verified through an example analysis of a 220kV circuit breaker.
