摘要
The semi-solid Al15Mg45Li39Ca0.5Si0.5 lightweight high-entropy alloy was prepared by recrystallization and partial remelting. The results show that the spheroidization effect of the semi-solid microstructure is better with the increase of pre-deformation. With the increase of holding temperature, the average grain size of the semi-solid microstructure first decreases and then increases, while the shape factor first increases and then decreases. With the increase of holding time, the average grain size of the semi-solid microstructure keeps increasing, while the roundness first increases and then decreases. The semi-solid microstructure evolution experienced three stages: melting separation, spheroidization and merging growth. Compared with the as-cast Al15Mg45Li39Ca0.5Si0.5 lightweight high-entropy alloy, the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of semi-solid Al15Mg45Li39Ca0.5Si0.5 lightweight high-entropy alloy are improved.
