摘要
The China National Water Model (CNWM) introduces a pioneering approach to hydrological forecasting in China, integrating the Simulator of Hydrological Unstructured Domains (SHUD) with advanced deep learning techniques. This paper presents the CNWM's conceptual framework and prototype, emphasizing its capability for real-time, accurate hydrological predictions. The CNWM is self-running and self-updating, designed to predict streamflow, groundwater levels, soil moisture, and flash flood risks. It leverages real-time data from the China National Hydrology-Rainfall Information System, enhancing its utility in disaster prevention and management. The prototype demonstrates the CNWM's potential, laying the groundwork for a comprehensive, nationwide hydrological forecasting system. This research marks a significant stride in hydrological modeling, showcasing the impact of interdisciplinary collaboration in environmental management.
