摘要
The hot-dip galvanized steel coil DP1180GI is extensively used in the automotive manufacturing industry owing to its excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. However, in actual industrial production, it has been observed some DP1180GI steel coils exhibit delayed cracking within 3–20 d after leaving the factory. To address this industrial challenge, we analyzed the delayed cracking mechanism in the DP1180GI steel plates subjected to bending deformation using methods such as the hydrogen microprinting test, thermal desorption spectroscopy, and finite element simulations. The analysis offers effective data references for enhancing industrial production processes.
