Multi-attribute decision-making based on picture fuzzy distance measure-based relative closeness coefficients and modified combined compromise solution method

In this paper, we propose a new distance measure between picture fuzzy sets (PFSs) to overcome the drawbacks of the existing distance measures between PFSs. We also propose a weightdetermination method to determine attributes' weights using the proposed distance measure between PFSs. We also propose a novel multi -attribute decision -making (MADM) method on the basis of the proposed distance measure between PFSs and the modified combined compromise solution (CoCoSo) method. The proposed MADM method can overcome the drawbacks of the existing MADM methods based on PFSs. It gives us a very useful way for MADM in picture fuzzy environments.
