摘要
AV3Sb5 (A: K, Rb, Cs) has got interest owing to their potential applications in quantum technology and the interplay between superconducting and charge density wave (CDW) ordered states. The chemical substitution to V Kagome layer is proposed to be effective for tuning competing ground states, thus paving the way to understand the nature of correlated electronic states. We report the successful synthesis of Cr-doped CsV3Sb5 and comprehensive phase diagram based on measured physical properties, including electrical resistivity, magnetization, and heat capacity, where Cr expectedly act as an electron dopant. As the Cr-doping increases, the CDW and superconductivity simultaneously suppressed, indicating that the two ordered phases are correlated. The residual resistivity ratio estimated from transport measurements significantly decreases with increasing the Crdoping concentration and the residual resistivity sharply increases. These results suggest that the disorder effects inherent to chemical substitution should be considered in the suppression of the superconductivity and CDW.
