摘要
The chemical composition, phase, and particle morphology of deactivated selective catalytic reduction catalysts (D-SCR) from waste were analyzed, revealing that TiO2 constituted 83.93 % of D-SCR. Wet mechanical grinding of D-SCR was employed to depolymerize and disperse polymer groups, grinding products (D-SCR-G) with reduced D90 and D50 to 1.214 mu m and 0.585 mu m, respectively. D-SCR-G achieving 100 % degradation of 10 ppm Rhodamine B, 89.6 % of methyl orange, and 90.2 % of tetracycline under UV irradiation for 60 min. The degradation efficiency of Rhodamine B was comparable to commercial P25. Moreover, D-SCR-G maintaining an 87 % degradation rate for Rhodamine B after four uses.
