The nucleus is located inside the head of human sperm and is related to the fertilization ability of the sperm. Currently, the commonly used method is electron microscopy observation for sectioning and imaging, which belongs to the scope of destructive imaging. Alternatively, Observing the nucleus under an microscope after staining, It is cumbersome to operate. This article is based on the near-field imaging technology in terahertz technology, utilizing the penetration of terahertz and the nanoscale accuracy of near-field technology to directly observe the near field of unprocessed sperm, achieving non-destructive imaging of the internal nucleus of sperm and observing the structure of the sperm's internal nucleus.
