Synchronous Virtual Tandem Transmission in Heterogeneous Dual Cores to Increase System Security

Currently, the security startup of embedded systems mostly adopts encryption and decryption methods. In terms of hardware, it often requires additional encryption and decryption costs and additional time to create encrypted files and protect private encryption and decryption keys. This article will propose a method of using synchronous virtual serial transmission to establish secure connections under heterogeneous dual-core architectures, allowing different processors to achieve mutual authentication through secure connections to achieve the purpose of the secure startup. It can also check the reliability of the system during execution through secure connections. Compared to the encryption and decryption methods currently used for secure startup, it saves the hardware cost of encryption and decryption and achieves a balance between the security and complexity of the system.
