摘要
The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between the number of steps, heart rate, sleep quality and calories measured daily with respect to health variables, quality of life and level of physical activity in people over 60 years. A total of 54 participants took part in this study (67.19 +/- 9.01 years). The number of steps, heart rate and sleep levels were recorded through the Xiaomi Mi Band 4.0 bracelet. Health variables were recorded through physical and cognitive questionnaires. The results show that those participants with a higher level of physical activity obtain a higher average value in the physical and cognitive variables, although no significant differences were found in the comparison by sex. In conclusion, older adults who take more steps per week have better physical and cognitive condition than those who have a more sedentary lifestyle. Women obtain higher values in physical and cognitive variables than men.
