摘要
In this paper, high temperature solid phase methods were used to prepare novel phosphors Ba2-xLiGa(P2O7)(2):xSm(3+) in this paper. Theoretical calculation shows that the host material Ba2LiGa(P2O7)(2) has an indirect band gap of 5.161 eV. The optimal concentration of Sm3+ ions is x = 0.01, and the quenching effect of concentration is caused by the dipole-dipole interaction between adjacent Sm3+ ions. The emission peaks at 565 nm, 598 nm, and 643 nm have been observed under the excitation of 400 nm, and the strongest peaks were located at 598 nm due to the (4)G(5/2)-H-6(7/2) transition. The CIE coordinate of Ba1.99LiGa(P2O7)(2):0.01Sm(3+) is (0.5520, 0.4075) in the orange-red region with a color purity of 89% and a CCT cost of 2095 K. The experimental results exhibit that Ba2-xLiGa(P2O7)(2):xSm(3+) has practicability values in the field of solid-state lighting technology.
