摘要
The capacity for governance is fundamental for the localization of the 2030 Agenda, when it arrives in the territories. This article aims to identify the installed capacity in municipalities, mostly belonging to the g100, for the governance of the Agenda and describe actions developed, barriers and facilitators for the incorporation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). An online questionnaire was sent to these municipalities, and 38 valid responses were received. Descriptive analyzes of the responses were carried out. Fifteen city halls develop actions related to the 2030 Agenda. The main SDGs worked on are SDGs 3, 2, 4 and 11. The interest of mayors is one of the key factors for adopting the Agenda. Municipalities that do not have activities in the 2030 Agenda cited the lack of resources and insufficient knowledge of managers as reasons. The main recommendations are to resume the federal government's leading role in localizing the SDGs and massive investment in raising awareness and training leaders, which must contain practical concepts that can be applied to the reality of municipalities and enable monitoring of the 2030 Agenda.
