Blue-coloured keratoelastoidosis marginalis-like lesions in two middle-aged women

A woman in her 40s presented with bluish discoloration of palms of 4 years' duration. She also had multiple large joint pains (shoulders and knees) and stiffness of the back, limiting her mobility. Another woman in her 40s presented with bluish discoloration of the palms and soles, progressive backache and knee, ankle and shoulder joint pains of 9 years' duration.
