摘要
•Ethanol-induced Conditioned Place Preference (CPP) correlates with an increase in Fos-positive cells in the dorsal hippocampus.•Nicotinic receptors play a role in both the rewarding effects and memory formation associated with ethanol.•The administration of DHBE successfully blocked ethanol-induced CPP without affecting locomotor activity.
