Analyzing Hierarchical Organizational Structure Change: Strategic Planning Model from Personnel Perspective

Hierarchical organizations often face the challenges of managing large-scale change due to numerous uncertainties. In order to successfully implement change, conducting a thorough feasibility analysis becomes a crucial step. This paper analyze the strategic planning and feasibility of personnel structure changes in hierarchical organizations. Primarily, we introduce a mathematical distribution model that represents the typical personnel structure of the organization using practical parameters. In order to address potential discrepancies in macro-level planning, we propose a mixed integer programming model from the standpoint of Personnel. This model offers theoretical optimal solutions, thereby allowing for an evaluation of the upper bound of the organizational change process. Additionally, we carry out computational experiments based on real-life scenarios to assess the feasibility of organizational change under different circumstances. and derive valuable management insights.
