摘要
Wearable and implantable biomedical electronic devices have become the focus of global medical research due to their precise physiological signal monitoring. The inhomogeneity of the human channel is caused by the diverse tissue cells and uneven border. It has more complicated and variable features when compared to air as a transmission medium. Therefore, there are still significant challenges in the area of wireless, real-time, high data rate, and accurate physiological signal transmission from inside the body to the outside. The main component of human body is water. Ultrasound has good transmission characteristics in underwater acoustic communication and also has safety in medical applications. In this paper, ultrasound is proposed as communication medium for biomedical sensors. By studying the channel characteristics and attenuation of human body channel, phase shift keying (PSK) modulation is used for intra-body networks. The proposal adopts the demonstration method of combining theory and simulation. The results showed that the ultrasonic transducers are able to transmit data and alleviate the urgent need for medical treatment in the aging society.
