Automated Construction and Application of Operations and Maintenance Knowledge Graph

This paper presents a novel method for automatically constructing an operations and maintenance knowledge graph for systems. By combining the application of integrated APM Agent and predefined Prometheus labels, entities and their relationships are extracted from multiple data sources and the knowledge is integrated and iteratively updated. The method was applied to a real IT system, and its effectiveness was evaluated. The results show that this method can rapidly and accurately build an IT operations and maintenance knowledge graph, thereby improving the efficiency of IT operations management.
