Outcomes of ATG-PTCY-CSA vs. ATG-based Prophylaxis for 10/10 HLA Matched Unrelated Donor Allogeneic Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation: ATG-PTCY-CsA for PB MUD allo-HCT

•In MUD allo-HCT, using 2mg/kg of ATG combined with PTCY and CsA (ATG(2)/PTCY) effectively prevents GVHD, and results in comparable relapse risk and OS than using ATG(4.5)/PTCY and ATG-based prophylaxis, but with lower NRM.•The incidences of grades II-IV and III-IV aGVHD at day +100, and moderate/severe cGVHD at 1 year observed in patients who received ATG(2)/PTCY were respectively, 23.3%, 8.0%, and 14.1%.
