摘要

•The pT8 could discriminate the RFS and OS in LP− lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), but not in LP+ tumors.•LP+ was revealed as a significant favorable prognostic factor in pathological stage I LUAD regardless of lepidic ratio.•The pTm holds better discrimination performances for LUAD prognosis after incorporating LP as an additional T descriptor.
