摘要

•A novel mAb targeting the epitope AA173-194 of bovine αs1 casein was generated.•IMBs-ELISA for αs1 casein detection was established for the first time.•The assay demonstrated superior sensitivity compared to commercial ELISA kits.•No cross-reaction was observed with other antigenic proteins.•Assay time was significantly reduced compared to conventional ELISA methods.
