摘要
With the increasing penetration of renewable energy sources (RES), the difference between peak and valley load in distribution networks may be further expanded. And the uncertainty on both sides of supply and demand will greatly increase. Existing studies on distribution network flexibility evaluation ignore the influence of the cyber domain on physical domain, resulting in inaccurate evaluation results and little reference value. Therefore, a flexibility evaluation method for active distribution networks considering the impact of cyber failure is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a distribution network cyber domain validity model based on the series structure is established. Secondly, for the distribution network with RES and Soft Open Points (SOPs), the upward/downward ability under cyber failure are considered, and the operational flexibility evaluation method is proposed. Finally, the improved IEEE 33-node distribution system is employed as an example to illustrate the validity of the method in this paper.
