Impacts of pulsed electric field and polarity reversal on the migration selectivity of peptides from a porcine cruor hydrolysate during electrodialysis with ultrafiltration membrane

•Electrodialysis with ultrafiltration membrane allows selective peptide migration.•Pulsed electric fields (PEF) and polarity reversal (PR) impact peptide selectivity.•PEF and PR ratio 10 showed similar results as a continuous current.•PR ratio 1 allowed low selectivity of migration for positive and negative peptides.•EDUF performances change according to the electrical current conditions.
