Unmet sexual health needs of young men in modern society regarding condom use: Qualitative studiy

•Sexual- and condom needs among young men have in a limited way been highlighted.•Sexual needs of young men especially regarding the development of sexual skills have largely been unmet by sex education.•Sexual pleasure seeking is holding young men back from using a condom.•Pressure on young men to perform sexually reduces their sexual responsibility.•Being insecure about themselves as sexual beings discourages condom use among young men.
