摘要

Acquired hemophilia A (AHA) is a rare bleeding disorder due to factor VIII (FVIII) inhibitors.Clinical features of 165 AHA patients from a single center were retrospectively analyzed.Complete remission (CR) rate of rituximab-based regimens was approximately 90%.FVIII inhibitors titer ≥ 15 BU/ml and bleeding score (BS) ≥ 6 were poor predictors of CR.
