摘要
Fast response/recovery speed has always been an important characteristic for gas sensors. However, the long response/recovery time remains a challenge for many sensors. In this paper, Bi2MoO6/Bi2O3 was first synthesized by a facile solvothermal method and subsequent annealing treatment. The above materials possessed hollow microstructures characterized by SEM and TEM. The SEM and XRD results also revealed that the annealing temperature directly affected the morphology, the baseline resistance and the Ov content, which further affected the sensing properties. The sensors based on Bi2MoO6/Bi2O3 microspheres annealed at 400 °C realized superior response and ultrafast detection to triethylamine (TEA). The response time was not compromised even in high humidity environment. XPS, TPR, HRTEM and other characterization methods were used to analyze the properties of the sensing material. The excellent gas sensing properties indicated that the Bi2MoO6/Bi2O3 had potential application in the field of TEA gas sensor.
