•S-scheme Bi12TiO20/Bi4Ti3O12 heterojunction was in-situ growth on a 3D-printed SiOC structure to form monolithic photocatalysts.•3D-printed structure enhances light utilization and mass transport.•The S-scheme heterojunction improves the photogenerated carrier separation efficiency and redox ability of the material.•Bi12TiO20/Bi4Ti3O12/SiOC exhibit superior reusability and stability.•Detailed photocatalytic mechanisms and reaction pathways were proposed.
