摘要

•We report the allo-HSCT outcome for adult hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH).•This study included the largest number of cord blood transplantation (CBT) for HLH.•CBT recipients had shorter overall survival than those of other donor sources.•Myeloablative conditioning (MAC) led to worse survival than reduced-intensity one.•Older age, MAC, and CBT correlated with shorter survival in multivariable analysis.
