U Slot in Wearable Microstrip Antenna for Multiband Operation

U slot patch antenna design is illustrated for multiband antenna design using textile material jeans as substrate and pure copper polyester taffeta fabric as conducting material. This antenna design exhibits multiband results for WLAN at 2.4GHz and 3.6GHz frequency and for Wi-Fi6E at 6.6 GHz. The first band functions between 2.40GHz and 2.44 GHz, the second band between 3.62 GHz and 3.73 GHz, and the third band between 6.6 GHz and 6.7 GHz frequency. Current distribution was plotted for the U slot in the patch to understand the optimization in the fabric material.
