This paper proposes the fuzzy switched active disturbance rejection controller (FSADRC) for generators with load switchings. First, to better reflect the working dynamics of generators, the switched Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy models are established. Then, the FSADRC is designed, which can eliminate the load-switching effect on the system performance. By constructing the mode-dependent Lyapunov function, the stability is analyzed for the closed-loop system with the persistent dwell-time restriction. Subsequently, a new criterion is proposed to optimize the controller gains and ensure the L∞ performance. Finally, superiorities are validated through the DC-link voltage control experiments.
