Family-Focused Facilitated Fitness: Feasibility and Acceptability of a Couple-Based Physical Activity Intervention for Hematopoietic Cell Transplant Recipients and their Caregiving Partners

•A couple-based physical activity intervention for hematopoietic cell transplant recipients and their caregiving partners was deemed feasible and acceptable.•Daily step counts among patients who completed all 8 intervention sessions increased from roughly 2250 steps/ day to just under 5000 steps/ day.•Caregiver steps also increased on average, but this shift was less dramatic.•Acceptability of the intervention was demonstrated by high ratings of multiple dimensions of treatment satisfaction.
