摘要

•Fractional CO2 laser followed by 5-ALA PDT is a promising keloid treatment.•The treatment significantly reduces VSS and VAS scores for pruritus and pain.•No infections, aggravation, or recurrence observed in 6-month follow-up.•Further clinical trials with larger cohorts needed to validate synergistic effects.
