摘要
•An innovative design of IDN-MHS with bifurcation (IDN-MHS_CB) is proposed at q = 300 W/cm2.•The peak value of the temperature on substrate in IDN-MHS_CB is lower than that of IDN-MHS.•IDN-MHS_CB significantly improves the thermal performance factor.•The inner cooling circuit in IDN-MHS_CB shows greater impact on the lowest temperature on substrate.•The outer cooling circuit has more effects on peak value of substrate temperature.
