A novel chiral monolithic nano-column with 50 µm i.d. for the enantioseparation of chiral drugs by nano-liquid chromatography

•A new green chiral LC method is demonstrated.•The development of a novel chiral monolithic nano-column is described.•The enantioseparation of β-blockers and anti-inflammatory drugs is presented.•Modified graphene oxide nanoparticles were used for the preparation of chiral monolithic column.•The chiral monolith with 50 µm i.d. consumes less solvent and provide faster chiral separation.
