摘要
•Perpendicularly magnetized stacks of Co2FeSi/Pt structures on amorphous Ta2O5 buffer are fabricated.•PMA can be built with thickness of CFS in the range of 0.6 ∼ 1.0 nm.•An interfacial PMA energy density Ks=∼0.63 erg/cm2 is obtained.•Pronounced thickness effects of Ta2O5 buffer on magnetic properties are observed.
