Job Seeker Recommendation for Employers: A Graph-Based Recommendation Approach Using Node Embedding

Through the growth and development of online recruitment platforms, thousands of individuals can see vacancies promoted by companies. The fact that hundreds of job seekers are applying for a single position prolongs the hiring process for companies and increases the need for human resources to review these applications. In this study, a graph-based recommendation system is suggested as a solution to the issue that many companies are now experiencing. Node embedding and feature representation methods are explored and the link prediction successes of these methods are examined, by associating the candidates that applied for the same jobs in a graph structure.
