Mechanism of the antipyretic activity of THP. THP regulates the TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway to achieve an antipyretic role through the central nervous system to reduce cytokine levels, histopathological damage and then mediates the endocrine system, substance metabolism and energy metabolism.
