摘要
Various Poly(methylsilane-dimethylsilane) (P(MS-DMS)) co-polymers were synthesized under the controlled methylsilane (MS:-SiH(CH3)-) unit contents. Introduction of MS units in the co-polymers was effective to promote the crosslinking in the case of reflux treatments. In particular, the ceramic yields of the co-polymers subjected to the reflux treatments at 623K were substantially improved. By adjusting the MS units in the co-polymers, the C/Si ratios of the resulting ceramic products were also controllable. P(MS-DMS) co-polymers are considered to be progressive precursors as matrix sources in Ceramic Matrix Composites (CMC).
